I’m a native Georgian, who grew up in Atlanta, was educated there, and migrated to the suburbs after serving in the military during the Viet Nam War Era. My college education in business & real estate prepared me for mortgage banking, real estate, owning a commercial construction & office design company serving major manufacturing and industrial clients, and finally to my association as an independent real estate agent with Re/ Max 400 North in Dawsonville. At Re/Max, I specialize in residential property, land / farms, and light commercial properties.

I have had Mortgage Banking Experience in the past running a residential mortgage loan department with a major bank. I also handled acquisition, development and construction loans for residential and commercial property.

Knowledge of residential and commercial construction principles and techniques gives me a wide knowledge base to help my clients in today’s changing market.

Recently I became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). I’m one of the few real estate agents in the country and in Metro Atlanta who took the time to get the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation so I would better understand how to help people in distress.


As their “Trusted Advisor” my clients know that my Passion is to help them achieve their real estate goals. Clients know the real estate market has changed dramatically recently. In today’s real estate market clients expect an agent to serve them totally, but most don’t. As my client’s “Trusted Advisor” I provide professional expertise and total personal service to my clients as their Realtor.

My personal and business philosophy is different from most, and is based on Servant Leadership as stated in the Bible.

Servant Leadership means putting the needs of others before your own needs. Instead of asking, “What’s in it for me?” A Servant Leader would ask, “How may I serve you?”

I’m never too busy for your referrals.
